Like the overall housing market, Brentwood Park condos have picked up the pace compared to December 2018.
In December 2019, the benchmark condo price was $750,100, with 32 condo sales and 21 new condo listings.
The median 1-bedroom condo sat 50 days on the market (+38.9%), sold for $556,191, with an average of $898 per square foot...
