New year, new stats!
Like the overall housing market, Brentwood Park condos have picked up the pace compared to December 2018.
In December 2019, the benchmark condo price was $750,100, with 32 condo sales and 21 new condo listings.
The median 1-bedroom condo sat 50 days on the market (+38.9%), sold for $556,191, with an average of $898 per square foot (+17.7%). Total inventory is down -64% to 9 condos, and listings are up +37.5% to a total of 5.
The median 2-bedroom condo sat 25 days on the market (-24.2%), sold for $732,500, with an average of $791 per square foot (+16%). Total inventory is down -74.8% to 35 condos, and listings stay the same at 16. However, sales are up +200% compared to last December with 24 condos being sold.
Not enough 3 bedrooms have sold for there to be meaningful data there to track. Maybe next month!
