New year, new market stats! Here's a snapshot of what December brought to the Brentwood condo market.
December can typically be slower for sales as buyers and sellers are tied up with holiday plans and travel. But Brentwood saw prices creep up slightly, and 25 sales were recorded. Not bad for our little neck of the Burnaby woods!
