The latest in Brentwood's luxury presale market is Etoile by Millennium.
You may remember Millennium from Triomphe, the Olympic Village, and City-in-the-Park (to name a few). Their new Brentwood presale project is joining a solid history of well built buildings, so expect this new one to sell out quickly. Nearby projects include Concord, Lumina, and the current towers Affinity and Perspectives. Needless to say, the area is shaping up very nicely.
The bright and open presentation centre features two suites, giving a glimpse into life at Etoile.
Etoile will have two towers soaring over the eastern Brentwood skyline. The first tower will be 26 storeys with 175 units, consisting of a mix of live/work townhomes, one & den, two & den, and three bedroom homes. Prices start in the $580s. Every unit will be a corner unit (four per floor) because corner units are awesome. Homes are like brownies. Edge pieces rule.
Inside the units, pleasing neutrals sweep the flooring and cabinetry, highlighting a modern design and layout that maximizes the space available. Oh, and the balconies? Definitely a feature you won't want to miss. Outdoor space is hugely popular right now and Millennium isn't dropping the design ball here. The balconies are expansive, reflecting a good portion of the indoor space. I love how this allows for fresh air, clean design, and the ability to rock a patio garden. Amenities include a social lounge and fitness centre.
My favourite part? The rooftop oasis featuring a swimming pool. hot tub, and sundeck with cabanas. Um, whoever moves in please invite me over for a pool party!
