The neighbourhood is set to become more amazing!Shape Properties and Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) brought on L Catterton Real Estate (LCRE) as an investment partner for The Amazing Brentwood project. LCRE is a leader in luxury brands and products and because of this new investment, we’re sure to see some top notch retailers take up space in Brentwood Town Centre.
So what will Brentwood look like?
Living at The Amazing Brentwood will be, well, amazing. A perfect combination of luxe and convenience, all your needs will be met at your doorstop. The current plan is for 10 high-rise towers (6,000 brentwood condos!), two of which are sold out so far. The first phase of the mall is expected to be completed in 2019. There will be more info this the fall on the next residential tower release.
Expect the mixed use urban centre to become a high-end retail hotspot combined with local, independent boutiques. With entertainment (Cineplex and The Rec Room), restaurants, tons of homes, fitness studios, and countless stores, if you can’t find it Brentwood, it’s a short Skytrain ride away.
While no tenants have been announced yet (and those of us used to walking through the quickly emptying mall are anxious to here what will go in next), we should know closer to 2019 what will be filling the space.
